NP Chat adds a floating chat widget to your WordPress website. Visitors can open it and have a conversation with an AI assistant that knows about your company, services, and pricing. When a visitor shows interest, the assistant collects their contact details and sends you an email with everything you need to follow up.
The assistant runs on Claude (made by Anthropic). It only knows what is in your knowledge files and settings — it does not invent information.

You are charged per message sent and received. For a typical small-business website with moderate traffic, costs are usually well under €5/month. Anthropic provides a usage dashboard so you can monitor spend.
Auto-reload: Under Billing → Auto Reload, set a threshold (e.g. when credit drops below €5, reload €20). This prevents the widget from going offline if your credit runs out.
If your Anthropic credit runs out, the widget silently disappears from your website until the account is topped up. Set up auto-reload to avoid this.
